Is fuel included in the charter?
We include prepaid fuel in the price of all of our day charters. While the boat is capable of speeds up to 55 mph, we require the Captain cruises less than 20 mph. If you would like to get somewhere fast, we can get there quicker than most yachts, but an additional charge will be required. Typically the additional fuel burned going faster is around $400 - $800, which will be deducted from your security deposit if you request to go faster.
Multi-day charters do not include fuel. Please inquire if you want to book a multi-day or overnight charter.
Is a captain and crew included?
The price includes a Captain and a Mate. Additional Crew can be hired for an additional fee.
What do I need to know before boarding?
Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure
Matching photo ID required at check in.
Renter is required to verify their identity prior to boarding.
ALL GUESTS will be required to sign a libiliy waiver for the dance pole in case of injury. The boat must be stopped when using the pole.

Are children allowed on the yacht?
Yes, children are welcome on our charters. We advise parents to bring life jackets for very young children for comfort and fit, although we do provide all necessary safety equipment on board.
What safety measures are in place on your yachts?
Safety is our top priority. All our yachts are equipped with the latest safety gear, and our crew is trained in emergency and safety procedures to ensure a secure experience on the water.
Is there a security deposit?
Full amount is due at time of booking. A $1000 Authorization Deposit is required.
A hold on your credit card will be placed prior to your booking date, and any unused portion of the Authorized Deposit will be released within 7 days of completion of the Charter.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellations until 30 days before the departure date.
50% refund of booking charges for cancellations between 14-30 days before the departure date.
Booking charges for cancellations within 14 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Additional Information:
Please have your photo ID ready at the time of boarding. The boat is not permitted to leave the dock until ID has been verified.
Each guest must sign a liability waiver upon boarding.
Rules:
- No pets
- No smoking
- No illegal drugs (including marijuana)
- No open flames
- No red wine or red drinks
- No red foods or fruits
- No shoes on the boat
- No spray-on tanning lotion
- Obey the Captain at all times
Note: The Captain has the ability to terminate the charter at any time if the rules of the vessel are not followed. No refund will be issued if the Captain is forced to terminate the charter.
